In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context otherwise requires:

• "9bgame", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 9bgame platform accessible at https://9bgame.bet and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Platform" means the 9bgame website, mobile site, and any application through which gaming services are delivered.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated account balance associated with your 9bgame Account.
• "Gaming Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot games, dice games, fishing arcade titles, and any other wagering or gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other non-withdrawable incentive credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawal processing.
• "Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of 9bgame under its international gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9bgame. By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration, or by using any Gaming Service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a corporate entity or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall apply equally to that entity.

Access to and use of 9bgame Gaming Services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9bgame strictly prohibits access by persons under 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting as an agent or proxy on behalf of any third party for the purposes of depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 9bgame or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of 9bgame or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensed studios.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. 9bgame accepts no liability for losses incurred by users who misrepresent their age or eligibility status.

To access Gaming Services on 9bgame, you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are permitted to hold only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 9.

During registration and as part of our KYC process, you may be required to provide the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals;
• A clear selfie photograph for biometric verification purposes.

9bgame processes KYC documentation as promptly as possible, typically within one business hour during operational hours. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. You must promptly notify 9bgame of any changes to the information provided during registration by updating your Account profile or contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 9bgame will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 9bgame immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any suspicious transaction activity on your Wallet. 9bgame reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a notification.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available on your Account.
• Do not access your 9bgame Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly on shared devices.

9bgame shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Transactions completed using valid Account credentials will be treated as authorised, unless you have notified us of a suspected breach prior to the transaction being processed.

All financial transactions on 9bgame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9bgame supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. No conversion fees or additional transaction charges are applied by 9bgame on standard deposit or withdrawal operations.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–20 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operational hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund your Account or that are registered in your verified name.
• 9bgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 before any winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable.
• 9bgame reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

9bgame offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all 9bgame bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, KYC-verified players aged 21 or over only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• 9bgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on 9bgame are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming any wager. 9bgame does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the user.

The following general rules apply to all Gaming Services on the Platform:

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market listing.
• 9bgame reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by system errors, data feed errors, or obvious pricing mistakes. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your Wallet.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 9bgame's servers, the server record shall be treated as definitive.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are not subject to manipulation by 9bgame or any third party after a bet is placed.
• Live sports betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of significant match incidents. In-play settlement follows official results as declared by the relevant sporting body.
• 9bgame reserves the right to limit the maximum win amount payable on any single bet or gaming session. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bgame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are not legally permitted to participate in online gaming;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 9bgame for the movement of illicit funds;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting using automated systems, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the Platform;
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring 9bgame accounts or Wallet balances;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9bgame staff or other users through any communication channel.

9bgame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold for any given time period. Once reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity and take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is six months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use any 9bgame trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 9bgame intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and Account, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9bgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Gaming Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

9bgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9bgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. 9bgame will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where feasible.

9bgame collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Your personal data is processed for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing financial transactions and fulfilling KYC obligations;
• Delivering Gaming Services and personalising your Platform experience;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities;
• Complying with regulatory, legal, and audit requirements under our international gaming licence;
• Communicating with you regarding your Account, promotions, and Platform updates (subject to your communication preferences).

You may close your 9bgame Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

9bgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have engaged in any activity identified as prohibited under Section 9;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 9bgame;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to open wagering requirements shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the findings of any ongoing investigation.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 9bgame's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, or to the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, as determined by 9bgame in its reasonable discretion.

Nothing in this clause prevents 9bgame from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent ongoing fraud, or address any other matter requiring immediate judicial intervention.

9bgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the updated Terms take effect. Notice will be provided via a prominent banner on the Platform and, where contact details are available, by email to your registered address.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
